Welcome to the eighth issue of our client newsletter. The news that Windows Vista and the latest version of Office have been delayed until next year is somewhat tempered by the fact that the Playstation 3 will be out before Christmas. To help while away the time, we present you with this months selection of articles from PSU and the IT and Telecoms world.

Regulator Ofcom has compiled a league table which highlights the UK's worst telecoms companies in terms of complaints from their new customers about mis-selling. ICANN approves .tel domains

 

The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) has approved the new top-level domain suffix ".tel,". It is envisaged that a user could type avis.tel into their mobile phone and be connected to their local branch. As yet no process has been set up for registrations but we'll keep an eye out and let you know when they become available.
